Our final seminar for 2021 in our popular Not for Profit series will focus on resolving and managing board disputes, outlining practical mediation and conciliation techniques to deal with conflicts early in the piece.
Our guest speakers are Partner, Sarah Hooper, Commercial Litigation & Dispute Resolution, Wallmans Lawyers, who will cover off the common disputes that arise, good governance tips, and risk minimisation strategies in Board management. Director, Stephen Dickinson from Ansr. Dispute Resolution, will outline what options are available for resolving disputes without recourse to Court action, prevention strategies and conciliatory techniques you can adopt to steer disputes towards resolution.

Sarah Hooper, Partner, Litigation & Dispute Resolution: Key areas of Sarah's practice include business succession, general corporation, governance and partnership matters, especially across family business and the non-for-profit sector as well as disputes in relation to Wills and estates.
