Debra Khor


Debra joined Wallmans in 2018 and is a Partner in the firm's Injury practice.

Since being admitted to practice in 2007, Debra has practised exclusively in the area of injury law. She has experience in all facets of injury law, including motor vehicle accidents, workers compensation, industrial accidents and public liability claims, with a focus on serious and catastrophic injuries and other complex actions. Her expertise has been widely recognised, and she is listed in Doyles Guide to Leading Motor Vehicle Accident Compensation Lawyers, Leading Public Liability Compensation Lawyers (SA) and Leading Work Injury Compensation Lawyers (SA).

Debra has represented clients in matters across a wide range of courts and tribunals including the District Court and Magistrates Court and the South Australian Employment Tribunal (formerly the Workers Compensation Tribunal).

Prior to becoming a lawyer, Debra practised as a physiotherapist. Her knowledge of injuries and their management has been invaluable in her role as an injury lawyer.

As an experienced practitioner, Debra prides herself on her direct communication style and ability to source the best outcomes for her clients, with particular attention on minimising cost and delay.

Active in her industry, she has presented to industry groups, clients and allied health professionals on all facets of personal injury claims and their management.
