Daisy was admitted in 2019 and is a member of the firm’s Commercial and Intellectual Property and Technology teams. 

Daisy assists in the provision of general commercial advice, including on business structuring, corporate governance, drafting of constitutions and incorporation documents, commercial contracts and agreements, acquisitions and sales, the establishments of trusts and general taxation considerations.

She is a key member of the firm’s leading Intellectual Property and Technology practice, assisting with advice on IP law, including trade marks and copyright.  She assists with trade mark searches and registrations, oppositions and removal applications and copyright infringement proceedings.  With a key interest in marketing and digital platforms, Daisy’s experience extends to social and digital media with a particular focus on brand management, advertising, defamation and related disputes.

Daisy has a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of International Relations Degree from the University of South Australia.
