April 13 2023

Two of our young legal professionals have been announced as finalists in the Lawyers Weekly 30 Under 30 Awards.

Congratulations to Tasman Wylie who is a finalist in two categories - Intellectual Property and Sports and Entertainment.

Congratulations to Seamus Brand who is a finalist in the Insolvency category.

The Lawyers Weekly 30 Under 30 Awards is a highly esteemed awards programme that highlights the exceptional skills and talents of aspiring young legal professionals across Australia, whilst also acknowledging their achievements and enthusiasm for the legal profession.

The list of finalists revealed on 12 April 2023 includes 290 exceptional professionals who were selected based on their submissions for 30 categories.

Being named a finalist in this event is highly regarded within the Australian legal industry as it demonstrates the level of dedication and determination each young individual has in advancing the growth of the industry.

Lawyers Weekly editor Jerome Doraisamy said that being nominated for a 30 Under 30 award is a huge boost to the career of emerging lawyers of all stripes.

“In today’s rapidly evolving legal services marketplace, standing out from the crowd is more critical than ever. Being a finalist, and maybe even a winner, at 30 Under 30 will accelerate your career trajectory,” he declared.

Wallmans Lawyers is very proud of Tas and Seamus being recognised and named as finalists in these awards. We wish them the very best and look forward to Lawyers Weekly announcing the winners in June.
