With Christmas only a few weeks away, the silly season is well and truly upon us. As employers, it is important that councils do not forget their legal obligations at end of year festivities. What are the risks? Unfortunately, they are significant. They can include allegations of harassment, discrimination, negligence, bullying, breach of the Work Health and Safety Act 2012 (SA) and workers compensation claims.
