Important Changes to 'Family Friendly' and 'Union Right of Entry' Rights
While many of us were distracted by the Labor leadership tussle last week, the Fair Work Amendment Bill 2013 (Bill) quietly passed through the Senate. The Bill introduces a number of changes to the existing Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth). The significant changes relate to anti-bullying, family friendly arrangements and union right of entry.
