Victoria joined Wallmans Lawyers in 2008 and practices in the firm's Business and Commercial practice and Property, Construction and Infrastructure team.

Involved in advising on general commercial matters, Victoria assists clients with a range of corporate issues, including the purchases and sale of businesses, appropriate business structuring and franchising, commercial contracts, trusts and taxation considerations.

As a member of the Property, Construction and Infrastructure team, Victoria assists with advising on leasing, licensing, contract interpretation and preparation, and due diligence investigations. 

The firm's Property division has developed a significant practice in the retirement village and aged care industry, advising state based and national retirement village operators, developers and providers. Victoria assists with the provision of advice to this industry, including the acquisition and disposal of facilities, joint venture development, drafting resident, management and service agreements and regulatory advice. As a result of her significant expertise, Victoria has been listed in Doyles Guide of Leading South Australian Health and Aged Care lawyers. 

Victoria has degrees in Law from Flinders University and Arts (Journalism) from the University of South Australia. Prior to her admission into practice, Victoria worked as a journalist writing for a mainstream Adelaide newspaper.
