Marion joined Wallmans Lawyers in 2012 and is a key member of both our Personal Injury and Workplace Relations, Employment and Safety Practice.
Marion provides advice in regards to a wide range of personal injury matters such as motor vehicle accidents, work accidents, public and occupiers liability and Total and Permanent Disablement claims.
Marion also provides advice and representation to workers, employers and self-insured/exempt employers in relation to all Workers Compensation matters arising from the Return to Work Act 2014 (SA). In this regard she has been recognised for her expertise, being listed in Doyles Guide as a leading Work Injury Compensation Lawyer in South Australia.
She prides herself on her approachable nature and concise communication style. Her focus is on ensuring the interests of clients are represented and that the best possible outcomes are achieved, whilst recognising the significant difficulties injury has on the individual, their family and friends.
As an experienced practitioner who has worked in personal injury and workers compensation for over 10 years, Marion represents clients in the Magistrates, District and Supreme Courts. Active in her industry, she has written and published articles regarding various aspects of personal injury law and compensation.
Marion has an Honours degree in Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree. Prior to working as a solicitor, Marion completed a Diploma in Business Management, majoring in Human Relations/Industrial Relations, as well as managing her own business.
