Georgia Hagias


Georgia started at Wallmans Lawyers in 2016 as a clerk and on her admission, joined the firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution section.

Georgia assists in providing specialist commercial dispute resolution advice to a range of businesses and private clients. Her areas of practice include contracts, consumer law, local government, defamation, intellectual property, estate litigation, public and professional liability and insolvency.

She is admitted in the Supreme Court of South Australia and assists clients in both State and Federal jurisdictions.

Georgia has a Bachelor of Laws and Legal Practice and a Bachelor of International Studies from Flinders University. Prior to commencing at Wallmans, Georgia undertook extensive periods of legal work placement at law firms, student legal clinics and human rights organisations. Active in her community, Georgia is the chairperson of our state’s Red Cross Youth Advisory Committee, and sits on the South Australian Board of the Australian Red Cross.
