This varied role requires a reliable, hardworking and self-motivated person to work as part of a busy team to ensure a smooth and efficient facilities service to the firm. Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- document delivery and lodgement at various law courts;
- processing and distributing incoming and outgoing mail;
- planning, organising, setting up and packing down for events;
- replenishing office and kitchen consumables;
- reception and administrative cover;
- general office and administrative support.
